Hey everyone,
I'm getting excited to start my lifestyle. I can't wait to look great in a bikini again. Its been a long time since i felt confident. So sometime in the next couple of days I will be posting my measurements and weight.....I know pretty scary thing to do but I'm hoping in doing that I can keep myself accountable. I want to be healthy and happy when my hubby and I decide to have children. This is the first step I am taking in doing that. I will also post my fit test results, chalean extreme requires you do this before you start the program. Ok just though I'd do a quick check in now back to work!!!
